Tube and fitting scaffolder wanted in Borough of Thurrock

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Borough of Thurrock, England. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. Day-to-day duties: • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground Requirements: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
