Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Day to day you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors.
