We are recruiting: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Howard County, Maryland. You will work at a busy tiling site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Your main tasks: • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency Full-time, day shift. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
