Crane rigger — Hamilton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Hamilton County, Illinois. You will work at a container port. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Your main tasks: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads 6+ years on the tools preferred.
