Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Glasscock County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
