Cnc setter-operator — Fauquier County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Fauquier County, Virginia. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); load and index turning tools in the turret. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
