You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work The role involves: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Rotating shifts.
