Immediate opening: offshore rigger (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Yuma County, Colorado. The job is at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
