Urgent requirement: catering cook (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Clay County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
