Vacancy available: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Requirements: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Valid driving licence for field call-outs On the job you will handle: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
