Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turner in Ontario County, New York. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; load and index turning tools in the turret; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Part-time with flexible hours. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
