We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Phillips County, Colorado. You will be based on a quarry floor. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes The role involves: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
