Grill cook wanted in McPherson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in McPherson County, Kansas. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
