Dishwashing attendant • Rockdale County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Rockdale County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
