Aluminium tig welder • Sakaba, Kebbi State

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Sakaba, Kebbi State. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 2+ years on the tools preferred.
