Fabricator-welder — Logan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Logan County, Ohio. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
