Immediate opening: hoist operator (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Woodruff County, Arkansas. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
