Surface coating operator — Trousdale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Trousdale County, Tennessee. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
