Canteen cook wanted in Edgefield County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Edgefield County, South Carolina. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 5+ years on the tools preferred.
