Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. You will work in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
