Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Saint Bernard Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
