Meat cutter • Edmunds County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Edmunds County, South Dakota. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
