Appliance service engineer — Essex

Immediate opening: we are hiring an appliance service engineer in Essex, England. You will be based in a rental property between tenancies. Day to day you will reprogram and calibrate electronic control boards and displays; replace worn drum bearings, seals and belts on washing machines; install new appliances and connect water, gas and electrical supplies; recharge and evacuate refrigerant circuits on fridges and freezers using recovery equipment. You should have: • City & Guilds or NVQ in appliance servicing or electrical installation • Up to date with PAT testing and electrical safety regulations • Knowledge of appliance electrical and mechanical systems Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
