Prep cook — City and County of San Francisco

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in City and County of San Francisco, California. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
