Paint booth operator — Ido-Osi

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
