Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card • Current Driver CPC qualification card Your main tasks: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Rotating shifts.
