Stainless steel welder • Humboldt County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Humboldt County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard You will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
