Immediate opening: we are hiring a plastering hand in Carbon County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
