Urgent requirement: solar panel installer (New York)

Join our team: we are hiring a solar panel installer in Ulster County, New York. What we are looking for: • Health and safety awareness (harness, fall arrest, ladder safety) • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Working at height / roof access training (e.g. IPAF, PASMA) The role involves mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers; run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters; label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack; install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices; terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing; carry out periodic inspection and fault-finding on existing arrays. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
