Ideal candidate: • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) The role involves: • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations 1+ years on the tools preferred.
