Manufacturing operative • Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The job is at a warehouse and distribution centre. The role involves stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; change over tooling and settings between product runs; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; operate and feed production machines on the line. Requirements: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £2,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
