Milling machinist — Kay County

Join our team: we are hiring a milling machinist in Kay County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Part-time with flexible hours. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
