Join our team: formwork joiner (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Madison County, Indiana. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Your main tasks: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Overtime paid at a premium rate.
