Solar PV technician — Rockbridge County

Join our team: we are hiring a solar PV technician in Rockbridge County, Virginia. The role involves: • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames • Install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices • Carry panels and equipment up ladders and scaffolding safely • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing You should have: • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Physically fit for lifting and carrying panels all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions 2+ years on the tools preferred.
