Captain waiter wanted in Campbell County

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Campbell County, Virginia. You will be based in a café. Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time, day shift.
