Back-of-house cleaner • Washington County, Utah

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Washington County, Utah. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
