Great opportunity: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Igbo-Eze-North, Enugu State. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
