Heavy goods vehicle driver wanted in Putnam County

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Putnam County, Florida. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules On the job you will handle: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
