Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Columbia County, New York. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Performance bonus on top of base pay.
