Assembly line worker wanted in Ellsworth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Ellsworth County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Careful handling of tools and components On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
