Great opportunity: powder coating technician (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Scioto County, Ohio. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime 2+ years on the tools preferred.
