Structural MIG welder • Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Abia State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Abia State. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Your main tasks: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦125,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
