We are recruiting: we are hiring a hotel receptionist in Luce County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) You should have: • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays 6+ years on the tools preferred.
