Pot washer wanted in Bath County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Bath County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
