Great opportunity: we are hiring a joiner in Winston County, Alabama. Requirements: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together.
