Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jefferson County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
