Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Hickory County, Missouri. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
