Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Crawford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a busy construction site. Day to day you will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. You should have: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Rotating shifts.
