Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line We offer £2,400 per month plus benefits.
