Dogger — Upshur County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Upshur County, Texas. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. On the job you will handle: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Full-time, day shift.
